 Everytime I try to reupload [[:File:BW075.png|BW075]]'s image, it keeps on giving me the reasons similar to a page viewed while logged out. There is this third reason saying that I have to be an admin in order to do so, which doesn't make sense since I am an admin. What appears to be wrong? +:::The thing is, BW075's protection level is set to "''upload=sysop''". That means only an administrator or a higher staff member can replace the image. However, JAs can still edit the summary and fix the categories.
