Hi, I'd like to upload some XY move screenshots to the Archives. I thought I needed to be autoconfirmed to do so, however when you created my Talk page, it said "By creating your account you are now able to upload images to help Bulbapedia and Bulbanews", so I'm wondering if it's just a permission issue? Either way, when I try to upload a move screenshot, it says "A file with this name exists already in the shared file repository.
