IMO having a resized version of artwork really clashes with sprite art, such as here: {{bp|Template:Ash's Pokémon}}.

I made a sprite edit of plain Rotom's MS and I'm considering replacing this version with a version that fits more with other MS sprites -> https://i.imgur.com/cqTfvvp.png
