Chickasaurus: Looking into it, I was able to find out that the "hair" that you described was actually a part of the sprite for some reason. As you probably know, this:  https://twitter.com/kyle_toom/status/997019544299294720  was the link where you got the early Seel design from. Look closely enough, and you should also be able to find the deer, and look even closer and you should be able to find the line that was supposedly "hair". Also ontop of that, I found a non-blurry version of the early Seel sprite as well here:  https://twitter.com/helixchamber?lang=en    You might have to scroll down, but the tweet with the aforementioned image should be there.
