Colour-coding:

  • Blue (#88a) indicates that an image can be used on Bulbagarden without any issues.
  • Yellow (#aa8) indicates that an image can be used, but with restrictions / limitations.
  • Red (#a88) indicates an image has issues that need to be resolved immediately.

Note that blue does not indicate whether or not an image can be redistributed or used on other sites without issues; nor does it indicate whether or not an image can be modified.
